For our client Defence, we are looking for a Senior Information Systems Support – FAS Management Applications and Services Architect (Munster, Germany).

Opdrachtomschrijving

Role SO IS SPT / FAS Mgt / App Svc Architect

  • Act as application and service architect ICCW G6 Enterprise Lead Architect and staff branches with regards to (WTR) the Information Exchange
    Requirements (IER) with a priority on all static information domains of 1GNC Peacetime Locations (PTL), but including and if required also in the
    deployed related domains.
  • Advice project teams during deployment and implementation of national and bi-/multinational systems on planning and implementation of Functional Area Services (FAS) WRT interoperability, security compliance and risk assessment.
  • Plan, prepare and execute the provision and maintenance on onteroperability of information systems between national and international (NATO) C2 systems.

Achtergrond opdracht

All tasks related to the job to be executed from 1GNC, Münster, Germany.
Candidate should be willing to work in Münster the whole week.
Kind request to COMMIT to also try to identify candidates that are already living in Germany, or candidates with a German background.
NATO clearances are applicable.
Language of instruction is English.

Functie eisen

  • Candidate has proven experience in IT-architecture.
  • Candidate has proven workingexperience in a multi-national environment.
  • Candidate holds a certificate in ITIL Foundation.
  • Candidate had experience with and courses completed for Functional Area Services (FAS)
  • Operational Usage.
  • Candidate has proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven
  • Candidate is proficient in English at level 3332.

Functie wensen

  • Knowledge of strategic and tactical communications networls (esp. NLD, DEU and NATO) is preferred.
  • Working experience in military divisional or corps environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of NATO Functional Area Services and Federated Mission (FMN) requirements is preferred.
  • NATO Networking Infrastructure (ETOC Course ID: CCC-DC-32237) is preferred.
  • NATO C4ISR Technology Orientation (ETOC Course ID: CCC-SM-22206) is preferred.
  • MS SharePoint User Training (ETOC Course ID: CCC-ET-32336) is preferred.
  • Functional Area Services (FAS) Operational Usage Overview (ETOC Course ID: CCC-CI-37006) is preferred.
  • University or bachelor degree in communications and/or information science is preferred.
  • Certification in software architecture is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the German language is preferred.
