Opdrachtomschrijving

Role SO Capabiilty Sustainment Development / Enterprise Lead Architect

  • Act as Enterprise Lead Architect on all application, services, network and connectivity matters wthin 1GNC CIS infrastructure, both static and
    deployed, ICCW subordinate units, external national and international agencies and contractors.
  • Provide advice and guidance to project teams during the development and implementation of national, bi- and multinational IT systems and
    applications concerning requirements and supply both deployed and to the existing CIS infrastructure of 1GNC Peacetime Locations (PTL).
  • Develop and review SOP/SOI in relation to developments and changes within the CIS infrastructure at 1GNC PTL.

Achtergrond opdracht

All tasks related to the job to be executed from 1GNC, Münster, Germany.
Candidate should be willing to work in Münster the whole week.
Kind request to COMMIT to also try to identify candidates that are already living in Germany, or candidates with a German background.
NATO clearances are applicable.
Language of instruction is English.

Functie eisen

  • Candidate has proven experience in IT-architecture.
  • Candidate has proven workingexperience in a multi-national environment.
  • Candidate has proven experience in implementing large scale IT solutions and developing technology strategy.
  • Candidate has proven experience in virtualisation technologies and firewall configuration and management.
  • Candidate holds a certificate in ITIL Foundation.
  • Candidate has knowledge about or experience with NATO C4ISR Technology.
  • Candidate has proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Candidate has proven experience in cloud computing.
  • Proven
  • Candidate is proficient in English at level 3332.

Functie wensen

  • Knowledge of strategic and tactical communication networks (esp. NLD, DEU and NATO) is preferred.
  • Working experience in military divisional or corps environment is preferred.
  • Working experience with Windows/Linux is preferred.
  • University or bachelor degree in communications and/or information science is preferred.
  • Certification in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Certification in Cyber Security is preferred.
  • Certification in System Engineering and/or Enterprise Architecture is preferred.
  • NATO Networking Infrastructure (ETOC Course ID: CCC-DC-32237) is preferred.
  • MS SharePoint User Training (ETOC Course ID: CCC-ET-32336) is preferred.
  • Digital Communication (JADL113) (ETOC Course ID: CCC-DC-22276) is preferred.
  • NATO C4ISR Technology Orientation (ETOC Course ID: CCC-SM-22206) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the German language is preferred.
