The analyst/ requirements engineer to hire is responsible for permanent analysis, documentation and improvement of:
+ existing and/ or incoming software change requests
+ software code/ functionalities, which need to be documented "outside the code"
+ test cases and test scenarios for planned and/ or developed modules
in the overall context of an already started web application development project.
By doing so, he or she contributes to ensure that the application-under-development is properly documented to fulfill existing security certification criterias and finally the expectations of customers from 7 nations using this application.

The described post holder works as business analyst/ requirements engineer and is part of a mixed team (civilian and military personnel).
He/ she will not lead or otherwise manage the section/ the team.

The main tasks are:
+ review and assess existing application views/ screens/ components/ functionalities
+ verify existing extend and level-of-detail of corresponding documentation parts
+ where applicable, create new or enrich existing requirements to document the "as-is"
+ work closely together with other team members fulfilling business analyst, developer or test engineer roles to retrieve the (missing) "information-to-be-elicitated" as broad and complete as possible
+ receives, evaluates, analyzes in detail and assesses application-related change requests/ bug reports and resulting software requirements by utilizing available applications.
+ provides finally analyzed issues (enriched with additional documents/ files/ mock-ups, if and where usefull or mandatory to get the full picture), by utilizing available application(s).
+ reviews and analyses generated program code.
+ creates "program code-detailing or -explaining" pieces of documentation by utilizing available applications.
+ contributes through before mentioned activities to overall documentation activities.
+ supports superior officers permanently by:
- developing a detailed estimate for each assignment.
- contributing to the management of the internal product backlog.
